When I signed up for the Reboot program, I was not sure what to expect. I tried many “diet” programs over the past 20 years and lost weight, but could never keep it off. This was different. It has been a year and I have not gained back any of the weight. What I learned from Derenda was truly life changing. With her encouragement and teaching, I learned that it wasn’t about dieting, it was understanding what healthy eating meant and how to listen to my body – it knows what it needs! Do you have group coaching options?
Yes, I offer Reboot 2.0 Group Coaching. You will receive everything that is included in the one-on-one program but the coaching calls will be done with a small group of like-minded individuals. You can sign up for Reboot 2.0 Group here.
Can I use my insurance to pay for reboot?
Many people have been able to use their HSA or FSA cards for reboot. Others have used a receipt to get a reimbursement from their insurance. All insurance companies are different, be sure to check with yours to see if this is an option. I cannot make any guarantees
