Did you know that most people gain between 5-7 lbs. between Thanksgiving and the New Year…and never lose it again. Hopefully, if you have worked with me before, this isn’t you, but we all fall off the wagon sometimes!

Over time, that can seriously add up and create that “Who the heck is that?!” feeling when you look in the mirror.


I think we can all agree that the holidays are a time for celebrating, being with our loved ones, and enjoying traditions, right? And what does that most often mean?  Great food, drink and a bit of indulgence! Personally, I think that is what the holidays should be about - having a ton of fun and maybe being a bit more loose with our food and lifestyle. Even so, it can be hard to break those habits when the holidays are over and we are back to our “normal” on January 1.


Layer on top of that the times and a global pandemic, (still!) and I am sure you agree it is even more important to do all in our power to keep ourselves healthy and our immune systems as strong as they can be. We may not be able to control a pandemic, but we can certainly control our choices.

I love helping people transform their health, be happier and more purposeful.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner, I have
been helping people get healthy and happy for more than 30 years. In all that time I have seen many different diets, some faddish and crazy, and some very legit. I have found what works best is real food, getting back to the basics, and finding what you are willing to commit to. Keeping it simple is a favorite mantra of mine.
