Our bodies are nothing short of miraculous. In my 30 years as a holistic health practitioner, I never cease to be amazed at all they can do and how they manifest our life experiences.
In today’s fast-paced world, those life experiences can really take a toll! We get so busy that we might not hear the distress signals our bodies are sending us — and what happens then?
Those signals turn into symptoms. Weight gain. Fatigue. Brain fog. Digestive issues. Low immune function. Or a general feeling that something is just ... off.
When clients come to me, they often say they’ve tried EVERYTHING to feel better, but still haven’t found relief. And this is what I tell them:
True healing is about more than addressing symptoms. It’s about going deep and understanding the root causes — physical, emotional, and spiritual — and identifying the changes and methods that are right for YOU. No one else.

I’m trained in a number of modalities, including Jin Shin Jyutsu, integrative nutrition, and mind-body healing, and will create a customized plan that not only addresses your symptoms but empowers you to fully live your life and sustain long-term wellness.
